Setting up Services is easy!
We can start within hours of your call!
STEP ONE:
A Personal Care Representative will meet with you, this can be done in our office or our we will come to you. A complete evaluation of your situation is done at this time. This is also a good time for the family and other interested individuals to have the opportunity to discuss home care options, ask questions and give input on the plan of care. Upon completion of the initial meeting with our Personal Care Representative, the “Service Request Form” will be signed and a deposit will be paid.
STEP TWO:
A Registered Nurse representing Home Option Senior Care, will conduct a nursing assessment. This assessment is required by the state department of health to ensure no medical issues are being overlooked. This will give you peace of mind because if additional medical services are needed for your loved one, such as physical therapy or occupational therapy we will be able to assist you in getting them coordinated.
THAT IS ALL! YOU ARE NOW READY TO BEGIN
In MOSTsituations we are able to start services within hours.
