To whom it may concern,
I am writing this letter to let you know how much we appreciate the loving care which was given to my mother-in-law.
When we took her in to the hospital the doctor commented to the Nurses in the ICU haw clean she was and that he could tell that she had received good care.
It meant a lot to her to be in her own home, surrounded by her own things and as comfortable as her condition allowed. We are glad we were able to keep Nellie in her own home most of the time for the last two years. . .without you, that would have been an impossible task.
